Why the name matters.
Toomer caught 668 regular-season passes for 9,497 yards and 54 touchdowns during 13 seasons with the Giants. He was part of the Super Bowl XLII champions.
His two touchdown catches against Dallas in the 2007 divisional round are worth revisiting along with the Super Bowl itself. His official team profile connects the long career to that title run.
