What this site stores when you share a memory.
The memory bank
We store your chosen display name, memory title, optional year, story, permission choice, submission time, and a site-specific account identifier. Your sign-in email is not stored in the memory database or shown to readers.
Review before featuring
Submissions are held for editorial review. Checking the permission box allows Grateful Blue to feature the story under your chosen display name. Leaving it unchecked means it is for the editor only. Please leave out private details about other people that you don’t have permission to share.
Withdraw your submission
Sign in to the same account and return to “Your submissions” on the memory bank page. Delete removes the stored submission and any display of it in this site’s memory bank.
On this device
The form can remember an unfinished draft in your browser on this device. You can clear it in the form. Drafts are not sent to the site until you press Submit.
No surprise mailing list
Submitting a memory does not subscribe you to emails. This site does not currently send newsletters or game-day notifications.
